Your Wedding at Hickory Street Annex
This is where your forever starts. Our weddings are always different, but what they all have in common are a downtown view, great lighting, and lots of personality.
A venue is just a venue, but when you have someone helping you along the way that truly cares about your special day it becomes so much more. Our team is passionate about making your experience amazing.

Our Signature Process
I. The Tour
Check with us to see if your date is available and then schedule your tour of our beautiful light filled venue. The tour takes approximately 45 minutes. You are welcome to bring your future spouse, best friend, and parents.
II. Book the Venue
Once you see our venue, and you love it, you can book your date. We will email you a portal where you can sign the agreement and make your first payment. We collect half the rental fee with the contract.
III. Timeline
You then select your caterer from our list and work directly with them for the food options. Need help selecting other vendors? We are here to help with that too. We can help assemble your dream team.
IV. Planning Meeting
We will schedule your planning meeting about 2 months prior to your big day. The meeting can take place at the venue or over the phone. We will discuss your room layout, timeline, linen selections, lighting options, etc.
V. Wedding Day
We strive to make your day as stress free as possible. We open the venue at noon so you and your wedding party can start getting ready in the bridal suite, the vendors can load in, and your photographer can capture all the moments leading up to your wedding. We will have all of your furniture in place with the linens spread so your florist can work their magic. We only host one event per day so the place is all yours.

November 4th, 2022 forecasted thunderstorms, but as the saying goes, rain is good luck on a wedding day. As Maddie made her ceremony entrance golden hour hit accompanied by a rainbow. It was a beautiful night of laughter, love, and lots of dancing!

Yes, and parking is FREE! We have a charming courtyard that has 65 parking spots and lots of overflow options too.
What about parking?
We include tables, chairs, bars, and cocktail tables. We set up the furniture for you according to your diagram that we draw for you.
Do you provide the furniture?
Yes! You can bring in your own alcohol and the caterer’s licensed bartenders will serve you.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
You must choose one of our approved caterers. We have an on-site prep kitchen for their use.
Are outside caterers allowed?
If you are having your wedding at Hickory Street we limit the guest count to 200. Of course, we welcome smaller groups too. For non-wedding functions like a cocktail party, we allow up to 250 guests.
